Mark qualified as a physiotherapist with the Royal College of Surgeons in Dublin back in 2007. He has a long history in the subject having gained a degree in Sports and Exercise Science back in 1999. Mark fully embraces his fluffy side too and is a qualified yoga and meditation teacher and reiki therapist for those in need of a gentler approach to physiotherapy.

His interest in Physiotherapy is further enhanced with his own back catalogue of injuries as a keen sportsman. Three major surgeries, one broken leg, four sprained ankles, a variety of dead legs, now distant hamstring injuries, shin splints and whiplash. Not only has mark helped countless people with such conditions he’s successfully rehabilitated himself too!

Mark looks beyond the obvious. Rather than treating simply the problem he used his extensive knowledge and experience to determine which parts of the body are putting undue strain on the region that is complaining. Treating the cause and the symptom gives Mark’s physiotherapy treatments that something extra your average Physio doesn’t give you. Mark is insured and registered as a Physiotherapist with the Chartered Society Of Physiotherapists. He is registered with the HCPC for those looking to claim the cost of their treatment on insurance.
